Someone like a Ted Thompson looks at the measurables and relies heavily on the interview. Of course for every TT there is poor talent evaluator as well. Don't expect too many teams to hype him, though. There are several NFL teams that are dying to have him, but won't bring any attention to him for fear of losing him to teams who haven't seriously considered this guy yet.
